Hi everyone, if you are viewing this blog I have asked you to be apart of my weight loss support team. I know I don't have the will power to get off my butt and exercise everyday so I am hoping that you guys will keep me in check. My goal is to write in this blog daily, let you all know what I have eaten and what sort of exercise I did.
Short term goal: 10lbs by July 24th
Medium term goal: 50lbs by Christmas
Long term goal: 90lbs by June 2010
Long term goal weight: 140 pounds and a BMI below 25
