July 3rd

So today I didn't do any exercise. I am going to call it my rest day for the week. I can walk on my foot today, but I didn't think I could do any cardio. I will tackle the bike tomorrow with a low resistance.
Today I only at 1065 calories. I can't wait for my weigh in on Sunday. I have been tempted to peek at the scale but I am resisting.

July 2

So I finished last night with another round at the gym. I spent a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes at the gym yesterday. Lilian and i also had a dance party in the living room for about 20 minutes. I am going to count that as exercise since I was out of breath half way through. I am feeling sick today, really lethargic and tired. I still went to the gym. I tackled Pikes Peak on the bike and road 4.9 miles "uphill" i felt so amazing after that. I also did 1 mile on the treadmill at 5mph (a jog). I do have a feeling I will not be able to do cardio for the next few days. I just dropped my computer on my foot(don't worry the computer is fine) The corner of the computer hit my foot about 2 minutes ago and I could barely walk to get the camera. AGHHHH it hurts so bad.

I can still do core exercises though.. I can still do sit ups and work on my back and arms. I can't believe I just did that..

It's been a few days (July 1 early afternoon)

My internet service has been a little shotty at night and every time I try to post a blog I go offline. So I just gave up. I have been eating good and working out. Not as much as I should but I have been doing something. I have already gone to the gym today and worked out for 30 minutes. I think I want to go back to the gym while kyle is home and get a few miles in on the treadmill. My goal is to burn an extra 500 calories a day. I am feeling a lot better then I was 2 weeks ago. I am eating better too, LOTS of fresh fruit and veggies. I found a list of negative calorie foods (foods that have less calories in them then it takes your body to process them ) There are tons of great foods on the list like: Carrots, Celery, Lettuce, Mandarin Oranges, watermelons, honey dew, strawberries, peaches, nectarines, bell peppers, squash. the list goes on. So my goal is to load up on fruits and veggies in the morning and afternoon, and eat a meal with meat for dinner. Apparently it is supposed to naturally boost my metabolism.

So far for today:
Gym: 30 minutes
I road the stationary bike on level 8 (go me, the highest I have done was level 4) on the peaks and valleys setting for 25 minutes and I did 5.9 miles.
I tried to do the elliptical but the left side has something wrong with it and it was annoying me so I stopped and did some stretching.

I will write again tonight with my totals for the day.

June 27th

Today I had a long day at work and I was exhausted when I got home. I didn't snack today at work and I have only had water to drink; I am at approx. 64oz so far and I have a glass sitting next to me. The past couple days I have lacked motivation to work out.I didn't go to the gym today because I didn't have anyone to watch Lilian, so I did a little TaeBo and some Jillian Michaels.. when I say some I mean everything but the jumping stuff, just so I don't piss off the people down stairs.
I am at 1,140 Calories for the day so I am back on track with my eating. I created my workout plan for July and my Caloric intake plan. Hopefully I will be seeing some results soon. Tomorrow I will weigh in and take pictures of myself in the mirror to compare with the pictures I took a few weeks ago.

Because of all my screw ups this week I am not taking my sunday day off tomorrow.. I haven't earned it.

Mine and Kyle's work schedules really clash this next week and I wont be able to go to the gym until wednesday so I will continue with Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and do some strength exercises that I can do at home with Lilian.

June 26th

So I have been doing this for one week. I will officially weigh myself sunday morning before breakfast after my morning bathroom break. I missed yesterdays work out because we went to a baseball game, I picked a seat at the top of the bleachers so we would have to climb though.. everyone hated me. My caloric intake yesterday was 1327 calories, by far the highest this week. Until tonight.... 1440 calories today. I snacked at work and Kyle and I went out to eat, we had some Teppan Yaki and it was amazing. I will just have to double my work outs this weekend to one hour a day to make up for it.

June 24

Hi guys!! Today was a busy busy day for me today. We woke up early and headed out to the splash pad. We played for almost 2 hours before it got too icky out. We met with my Mommy Group and we celebrated friendships and made fruit salad. Kyle even went, we tag teamed it with Lilian because it takes 2 of us to keep up with her now. I went home put her down for a nap and crashed for 30 minutes. I then went to the gym for 30 minutes only. I road for 5 miles and ran home changed clothes and went to lunch with Samantha. We walked around the mall and went to Michaels. I have been scrapbooking since I got home.

So for today 5 miles on the bike in 30 minutes. No pictures the camera was home, but here is a cute one of Lily at the splash pad.
